Choosing between a minibus and a coach
A common mistake is booking two minibuses when one coach would be cheaper and simpler to coordinate.

What it costs
Pricing depends on group size, distance, duration, time of day and season. There is no flat rate, but there is a starting point.
As a reference, a transfer from central Barcelona to El Prat airport in an 8–16 seat minibus starts from €120. Full-day hire with the vehicle at your disposal costs more than a point-to-point transfer, and recurring corporate routes are priced per journey on a monthly contract.

How many people fit in a minibus in Barcelona?
Our minibuses range from 6 to 25 seats. The most common configurations are 19 and 25 seats. For groups above 25 we use coaches of 55 or 60 seats. If your group is close to a threshold, one larger vehicle is almost always cheaper and easier to coordinate than two smaller ones.
Do you serve airports other than Barcelona?
Yes. We regularly cover Barcelona–El Prat (BCN), Girona–Costa Brava (GRO) and Reus (REU), as well as the Port of Barcelona and Sants railway station. Girona and Reus involve longer positioning times, so please give us as much notice as you can.
Do your drivers speak English?
Our drivers handle service English comfortably, and our office team works in English and Spanish. For groups needing full multilingual support during arrivals or throughout an event, we can arrange dedicated meet & greet assistants.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is comfortable for one-off services. For peak periods — Mobile World Congress, major trade fairs at Fira Gran Via, cruise season and the end of the school year — book several months ahead. We do take urgent requests subject to availability.
Can your vehicles enter Barcelona’s low emission zone?
Yes. Every vehicle in our fleet holds the DGT environmental label and meets the requirements of the ZBE Rondes de Barcelona. No registration or permit is needed on your side.
Do you cover destinations outside Barcelona?
